The capstone research project is the final module of study in the MBA programme. It is a culmination of all that was learned within the programme focused on a specific topic. This project further extends the real world application papers in previous modules and motivates learners to overcome a major challenge within an existing business or create a new entrepreneurial venture. The project combines the rigors of academic research with practical application. Learners will produce a capstone thesis and defend the project in front of an academic review board.

Teaching, Learning, And Assessment Procedures
Our student-centered approach is unlike any other you have ever experienced. This education is designed to develop the full person, not just the academic aspect.
Student-centered Teaching
Our teaching approach applies principles within constructivism and educational psychology:
- Face-to-face modality: Each faculty will have a classroom observation by a supervisor/peer annually to ensure the student-centered approach is being applied within the classroom.
- Online modality: Each faculty with more than three students will have an online classroom audit by a supervisor/peer annually to ensure the student-centered approach is being applied within the online environment.
Learning & Assessment Procedures
Intended learning outcomes for the course and modules are assessed using various methods, including, but not limited to, the assessment of papers, discussions, presentations, and examinations. For each module, the learning and assessment will include discussion forums, in-class participation (for face-to-face only), essays and papers, and a module project. More importantly, you will be involved in solving the challenges you face within your organization while going through the program.
Structure for the mba Programme
The MBA program (MQF/EQF Level: 7 with 103 ECTS credits) offers tremendous flexibility for the busy working executive. The program takes place over a period of approximately 21 months, with 13 Residencies (one for each module), plus the Oral Defense of a Master Capstone Project and Graduation Ceremony, held at the various campuses across the world. The first 10 modules are conducted during the first year of the course. The final three specialization modules are offered during the second year plus approximately four months are allotted for the completion of a Master Capstone Project. Each residency includes a four-day day long weekend (Thursday through Sunday). These residencies are highly intensive face-to-face learning experiences occurring within the classroom setting. Learners will have readings and preparation before each residency as well as post-residency assignments including, but not limited to, term papers, teamwork projects, and application projects. During each term, the first module will have its residency on the 4th week of the term, while the second module will have its residency during the 7th week of the term. The purpose of grouping two modules into a term is to build integration of understanding among module subjects.

Admission Process
Prospective TI students apply by submitting a completed TI Application Form. A completed application also includes each of the items listed below, submitted to TI:- Bachelor’s Degree Transcript
- A relevant MQF/EQF L6 degree at second class, OR
- A MQF/EQF L6 degree plus a portfolio evidencing relevant work experience for at least 3 years, OR
- A MQF/EQF L5 full qualification AND portfolio evidencing professional and/or executive level work experience for at least 5 years
- Portfolio evidencing professional and/or executive level work experience for at least 4 years with 2 years of managerial work experience
- Three (3) Work References
- Personal Essay – including personal passions, values, and vision
Eligibility and Selection Criteria
Entry requirements for the mba course are as follows:- Bachelor degree from an accredited institution (MQF/EQF L6 degree)
- A relevant MQF/EQF L6 degree at second class, OR
- A MQF/EQF L6 degree plus a portfolio evidencing relevant work experience for at least 3 years, OR
- A MQF/EQF L5 full qualification, AND a portfolio evidencing professional and/or executive level work experience for at least 5 years
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Minimum 2 years of managerial work experience and 4 years of professional and/or executive work experience
- Ability to comprehensively communicate in English including writing and analytical skills to ensure that the prospective candidate can fully and meaningfully participate in course work (assessed through their Personal Essay)
- Established credible references
- Alignment between TI values and prospective learner values
