Background

Dr. Lloyd Williams has a background in organizational psychology, organizational change, leadership development, culture development and systems integration.  With over 20 plus years of organizational consultation with governments, fortune 100 and 500 companies, cities, and leaders from around the globe, he had made a tremendous impact to his clients. He also provides clinical psychological services to individuals and groups in the United States and countries seeking the development of new psychological models more aligned with their cultural norms and values.  This has occurred with psychological modeling for PTSD and other trauma and stress related disorders in China, the United Arab Emirates and cultural ethic groups.  Within the academic world, Dr. Williams have many roles such as a Professor, Provost, Dean which have occurred in universities around the globe in China, Singapore, France, Africa and America.
